Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Booking Date to 6 Months Prior to Tour
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be refunded or transferred only if we are able to fill the cancelled spot.
- If the spot is filled, the deposit may be:
- Refunded, or
- Transferred as a credit to a future tour.
3 to 6 Months Prior to Tour
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposit credit may be transferred to a future tour only if we are able to fill the cancelled spot.
30 Days to 3 Months Prior to Tour
- Tour costs are non-refundable.
- Deposit credit may be transferred to a new participant for the same tour, subject to our approval.
30 Days or Less Prior to Tour (Including Tour Start Date)
- All tour costs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against loss of non-refundable tour costs in the event you need to cancel your trip.
Check Your Invoice Names: Please check to see that your names are spelled correctly. Your first and last names must appear as they appear on your passport for International travel and Driver’s License for domestic tours.
COVID: Israel is currently not requiring tests or vaccines to enter Israel.
PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED and must be valid 6 months after the end of the tour.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the nature of this tour you must be able to climb stairs and walk unassisted at a moderate pace. You will be walking 4-7 miles per day.
Please note that minor changes to the itinerary may occur due to local conditions and to better accommodate our group.
