3-Night Pre-Cruise Tour O'ahu

Pre-cruise Day 1 · ✈ Travel · Fly to Honolulu — Laie, O'ahu

OCTOBER 7, 2026 (WEDNESDAY)

Fly to Honolulu. Our coach meets us and takes us to our hotel in Laie. You have time on your own to spend as you wish. We have secured a hotel next to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

Pre-cruise Day 2 : Polynesian Cultural Center

OCTOBER 8, 2026 (THURSDAY)

Today we have time on our own in the morning. In the afternoon, we visit the Polynesian Cultural Center. You have the full afternoon to take in all of the experiences. That evening, we enjoy a buffet dinner and "HĀ: Breath of Life" evening show. We walk back to our hotel. Dinner is included.

Pre-cruise Day 3 : North Shore — Haleiwa & Shark's Cove

OCTOBER 9, 2026 (FRIDAY)

We start the morning at Ted's Bakery where you can purchase a delicious breakfast. Our coach drives along the scenic coastal highway to Haleiwa. Here you are given free time to shop and explore. There are some fun places to grab lunch here. The afternoon is spent at Shark's Cove. Bring your own snorkel gear and enjoy the beautiful waters of Hawaii. Following this adventure, we return to our hotel in Laie.

Pre-cruise Day 4 : Pearl Harbor — Board the Ship

OCTOBER 10, 2026 (SATURDAY)

We load our luggage onto our coach and set out for the Pearl Harbor National Memorial. We learn about the somber events that forever changed America. We tour the USS Arizona as part of our experience. At the conclusion of our time here, we are taken to the port to board our cruise ship.

Day 1 : Honolulu, O'ahu Hawaii

OCTOBER 10, 2026 (SATURDAY)

If you are not joining us on the pre-cruise tour, meet up with us onboard the ship.

Day 2 : Kahului, Maui, Hawaii

OCTOBER 11, 2026 (SUNDAY)

We have an exciting and full day. We begin with a visit to a local church unit for sacrament meeting. Following the meeting, we explore many sites. We visit Ho'okipa Beach and see the sea turtles and watch surfers catching waves. We see ʻĪao Valley and admire this lush landscape and unique rock formation. We visit Maui Tropical Plantation and learn about many local crops such as pineapples and coconuts are harvested. Following this, we return to our ship. At an additional cost of $210 per person, those who are interested may participate in a Hawaiian luau. This includes food and entertainment. Tour Price: $250 per person

Day 3 : Kahului, Maui, Hawaii

OCTOBER 12, 2026 (MONDAY)

You might venture out along the Hana Highway. The coastal sights are amazing. Our ship sails this afternoon.

Day 4 : Hilo, Hawaii, Hawaii

OCTOBER 13, 2026 (TUESDAY)

Our first destination is Punalu'u Black Sand Beach. We spend some time exploring the unique volcanic shoreline. Sea turtles are often spotted here. We visit Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and enjoy many beautiful viewpoints. We see the Thurston Lava Tube and enjoy this natural wonder. We enjoy lunch together and continue our journey. We stop at Rainbow Falls for some photos before returning to the pier. Tour Price: $240 per person, lunch included

Day 5 : Kona, Hawaii, Hawaii

OCTOBER 14, 2026 (WEDNESDAY)

We spend our day exploring and enjoying some of the beautiful locations on Kona. We drive by the Kona temple, which is undergoing renovations and make a quick stop for pictures.We visit the Japanese Garden of Doutor Mauka Meadows and enjoy the flowers and other plants. We head to the City of Refuge or Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historic Park. We learn more about the historic significance it has to the Hawaiian culture. Our tour concludes with a visit to Kahalu’u Beach Park. Those who wish to snorkel must rent snorkel gear (abt $24 per person) or bring their own.

Day 6 : Nawiliwili, Kauai, Hawaii

OCTOBER 15, 2026 (THURSDAY)

We set our sights on the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" also known as Waimea Canyon. It is a gorgeous 10-mile canyon full of lush rainforest, waterfalls and beautiful multicolored rocks. We make many stops along the way including the Spouting Horn Blowhole, Hanapepe Valley Lookout and swinging bridge, Koke'e State Park and Kekaha Beach. Time will past very quickly and before we know it, our tour will take us back to our cruise ship. Full description available soon. Tour Price: $250 per person

Day 7 : Nawiliwili, Kauai & Napali Coast Cruise

OCTOBER 16, 2026 (FRIDAY)

We have a few more hours to enjoy this beautiful area. Make the most of it. All too soon we will be boarding our ship and setting sail. Enjoy seminars at sea.

Day 8 : Honolulu, Hawaii

OCTOBER 17, 2026 (SATURDAY)

Disembark and make your own way to the airport for your flight home.

Pride of America

The Pride of America is the only cruise ship sailing year-round in Hawaii, making a weekly loop through the islands from Honolulu with more time in port than most ships offer. Americana runs throughout, from the eight-deck Capitol Atrium to the Liberty and Skyline dining rooms. Specialty tables include Cagney's Steakhouse and La Cucina for Italian, with the casual Aloha Café buffet for lighter meals. The 868-seat Hollywood Theater hosts nightly productions, including the islands-themed Aloha Polynesia show.

Physical Requirements

Due to the nature of this tour you must be able to climb stairs and walk unassisted at a moderate pace. You will walk 3-5 miles per day.

Land tour deposits are non-refundable. Cruise deposits are refundable with a $50 cancellation penalty. See terms and conditions for more information.
