Day 1 · ✈ Travel · Depart from Home

MARCH 20, 2027 (SATURDAY)

If you did not sign up with Bountiful Travel for Brent Top's or Camille Fronk Olson's Israel tour, depart from the US to Cairo.

Day 2 : Arrive in Egypt

MARCH 21, 2027 (SUNDAY)

Arrive in Cairo. We will be met at the airport and driven to our hotel where we can relax and enjoy our evening on our own. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3 : Fly to Luxor - 3-day Nile Cruise - East Bank

MARCH 22, 2027 (MONDAY)

We check out of our Cairo hotel and head to the airport for our flight to Luxor and our 3-day Nile River cruise. We board our vessel for our luxurious cruise. Lunch is onboard the ship. We see both the Karnak and the Luxor Temples on the East Bank before returning to our cruise ship. Overnight onboard. (B, L, D)

Day 4 : West Bank Sightseeing

MARCH 23, 2027 (TUESDAY)

We head to the West Bank and see the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. We have some free time in Luxor for shopping, before we return to our boat for dinner. Overnight onboard. (B, L, D)

Day 5 : Kom Ombo - Edfu - Nile Cruise

MARCH 24, 2027 (WEDNESDAY)

We continue our cruise. We visit Edfu. There we find the most complete temple in Egypt. We reboard our ship and sail to Kom Ombo to visit the only double temple in Egypt, which is dedicated to Horus the falcon and Sobek the crocodile. Overnight onboard. (B, L, D)

Day 6 : Aswan

MARCH 25, 2027 (THURSDAY)

We spend the day exploring Aswan. We visit the massive unfinished obelisk. We also visit the Temple of Philae, devoted to the goddesses Isis and Hathor. Following these visits, we return to our cruise ship. Overnight onboard (B,L,D)

Day 7 : Abu Simbel - Fly to Cairo

MARCH 26, 2027 (FRIDAY)

We enjoy a final breakfast onboard and then we disembark. Before leaving for the Aswan Airport we visit Abu Simbel home of the temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari. We transfer to the Aswan Airport for our flight back to Cairo. In Cairo we are transferred to our hotel and we have the evening to ourselves. Overnight in Cairo. (B,L)

Day 8 · ✈ Travel · Pyramids of Giza - Grand Egyptian Museum

MARCH 27, 2027 (SATURDAY)

Today we head to the Giza Plateau and marvel at one of the Seven Wonders of the Worlds, the Great Pyramids of Giza. We visit the Sphinx and Valley Temple. Following lunch, we go to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The museum houses the archaeological finds from the Giza area. Following these experiences, we head to the Cairo airport for our late evening flights home. (B,L)
