Day 1 : Depart Southampton, London

If you did not sign up with Bountiful Travel for the pre-cruise hotel and transfer, meet up with us onboard the ship.

Day 3 : Cork Cobh, Ireland

July 23, 2026 (Thursday)

This tour begins with a scenic drive through the Irish countryside on our way to Kinsale Village. We stop along the way for photos at Charlesfort. Then we enjoy some time strolling through the picturesque streets of Kinsale. We head to Cork City where we will enjoy the sights from our coach. We continue to the village of Blarney. We visit the famous Blarney Castle. Those who wish can kiss the famous Blarney Stone or just take in the scenery from atop the ramparts. We will have time to walk around the grounds or shop at the Blarney Woolen Mills. Our tour ends with another opportunity to enjoy the Irish countryside as we return to the port of Cobh. Price: TBD

Day 4 : Liverpool, England

July 24, 2026 (Friday)

Today we focus on early church history in Great Britain. We come away with a greater understanding of how the church developed in this area as we learn about the Liverpool and Preston areas. Our LDS guide is very knowledgeable and he shares many things with us at every stop. We walk along the the famous Royal Albert Dock where many saints boarded ships for America. We drive to St. Leonard's Church in Downham and learn of some miracles that took place here. We make a short photo stop at the Preston Temple and see the footbridge over the River Ribble (where the first baptisms in England were performed). We enjoy Avenham Park and see the plaques dedicated to early saints. Then we return to our cruise ship. Price: TBD, lunch included

Day 5 : Belfast, Northern Ireland

July 25, 2026 (Saturday)

Today we board our bus for a tour of the city of Belfast. We see sites such as Stormont, City Hall, Queens University, The Falls, Shankill Road with the peace wall and the renowned Belfast Murals. Our guide shares the turbulent and amazing history of Belfast before releasing us for some free time for shopping or eating. Next we head to the Titanic Centre. This incredible museum brings the story of the Titanic to life. In the self-guided Titanic Experience we uncover the sights, sounds, smells and stories of the ship as well as the people and the city that made her. We learn about those who sailed on the Titanic on that fateful day. At the conclusion of this experience, we return to our own ship. Tour Price: TBD

Day 6 : Glasgow, Scotland

July 26, 2026 (Sunday)

We depart from Greenock and head into the countryside. Our coach takes us to Stirling castle. Stirling Castle is one of the largest castles in Scotland. We learn more about is as we tour the castle. We drive to the "Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond." Perhaps you sing aloud as we explore the area. We visit the quaint village of Aberfoyle and see the famous Dukes Highway and hear about the rich history of this area. We stop for some photos at the large Kelpies statues. Kelpies are mythical Scottish water horses. All too soon, it is time to return to our ship and journey to our next destination. Price: TBD

Day 8 : Orkney Islands (Kirkwall), Scotland

July 28, 2026 (Tuesday)

The Orkney Islands are remote and full of interesting things to see. Our tour is filled with many of these sites. We visit the Stones of Stenness. There are currently only 4 stones standing of the original 12 that stood over 5,000 years ago. We see the Ring of Brodgar which is another fascinating stone circle. We visit the Broch of Gurness where we walk amongst the ruins of an Iron Age village. We stop at the Italian Chapel which was built by Italian prisoners of war during World War II. We also go to St. Magnus Cathedral, the most northerly Cathedral in Britain. As we journey to all of these destinations you admire the scenery of this remote island. Price: TBD

Day 9 : Invergordon, Scotland

July 29, 2026 (Wednesday)

Today we have a chance to catch a glimpse of the famous Loch Ness Monster! We begin our tour with a scenic drive from the dock inland to Loch Ness. We see the Urquhart Castle ruins from our boat as we sail on the Loch Ness. Our minds are filled with the rich history of the Scottish Highlands. We enjoy time on our own in the city of Inverness before visiting the Culloden Battlefield, the site of the last Jacobite battle in the 1745-1746 rebellion. We then head back to our ship. Price: TBD

Day 10 : Edinburgh (South Queensferry), Scotland

July 30, 2026 (Thursday)

Edinburgh, the "Athens of the North," is filled with rich history and interesting architecture. We start with a stop Calton Hill as we gain an overview of the city. We see Greyfriars and its Kirkyard. We explore the imposing Edinburgh Castle with its Crown Jewels, Stone of Scone, prisons, war memorial, State Rooms and King James Bible beginnings. We spend time on the Royal Mile. We will view St. Giles Cathedral from the outside. We walk in Dean Village where watermills once stood. As we stroll along the Water of Leith, you may spot mill stones and plaques commemorating this area. After a lovely day in Edinburgh, we return to our ship. Price: TBD

Day 11 : At Sea

July 31, 2026 (Friday)

Take part in our seminars at sea and enjoy yourself aboard the Regal Princess.

Day 12 : Paris/Normandy (Le Havre), France

August 1, 2026 (Saturday)

Option A - Normandy: Normandy is a 2 hour drive from the port. Pay tribute to the troops who fought for and secured freedom. Today we visit the sobering sites of Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery. Pointe du Hoc is a view point overlooking the English Channel. Here the Germans had machine gun posts and bunkers. We stop at Omaha Beach and relive the events that took place during the D-Day Invasion. Our journey of rememberance includes a visit to the Normandy American Cemetery and memorial. This cemetery honors the American troops who lost their lives in Europe during World War II. OR Option B - Paris: Paris is at least a 2.5 hour drive from the port. We enjoy the French countryside on our way to the city. Once we arrive in Paris, we will have an opportunity to see the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees & the Arc de Triomphe from the outside. Due to the shortness of our time there, we do not go up to the top of the Eiffel Tower. You have some time on your own for shopping, eating and just absorbing the experience of being in Paris. All too soon, we must return to our ship. Price: TBD

Jennifer Ann Mackley is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Wilford Woodruff Papers Project, with the goal of digitizing, transcribing, and publishing all of Wilford Woodruff’s records online at wilfordwoodruffpapers.org so they are universally accessible. Her hope in sharing his records is to present the restoration of the gospel through the experiences of one who was a witness to the process and inspire others to increase their faith in Jesus Christ. Jennifer is married to Carter Mackley and they have three miraculous children. Both Jennifer and Carter graduated from BYU before pursuing law degrees. They then formed the law firm Mackley & Mackley in Seattle, Washington where they raised their children. In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer has authored or edited 21 books including Wilford Woodruff’s Witness: The Development of Temple Doctrine and Desarrollo de la doctrina del templo: Testimonio de Wilford Woodruff. She has made numerous presentations and podcasts based on her 30 years of research on Wilford Woodruff’s life and records with a focus on temple doctrine in the nineteenth century.

Donald is Professor of Hebrew Bible and the Dead Sea Scrolls. He taught for many years at the Jerusalem Center. He is married to Camille Mills, from Las Vegas, Nevada; they have six children. Donald is a member of the International Team of Translators of the Dead Sea Scrolls (He has worked translating the Dead Sea Scrolls of Isaiah, 1 & 2 Samuel, and others). Don has directed over 25 different tour groups with Bountiful Travel, taking groups into the Holy Lands and the lands of the Book of Mormon. He has authored or edited 44 books including: Understanding Isaiah, Temples of the Ancient World, Visualizing Isaiah, Angels: Agents of Light, Love, and Power and 175 Temple Symbols and Their Meanings, and other books on the Old Testament, Book of Mormon, and Dead Sea Scrolls. He is a popular Education Week speaker. He has a wonderful sense of humor and a is personable host to our groups. His scriptural knowledge is extensive and he is fascinated with old cars. You will love traveling with Don.
