Join Don Parry and Bountiful Travel on a Book of Mormon cruise adventure. This 8-day cruise departs out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. It includes stops in Grand Cayman and Mexico. See some of the best Mayan sites that can be seen from a cruise ship and learn how they may have related to the peoples of the Book of Mormon. During the days on the ship, you'll have the opportunity to attend Book of Mormon classes taught by Don. You will love the private tours we offer in each stop. This is a great ship for families and fun. Our presenter brings the scriptures to life as he teaches onboard the ship and on site. George Town, Grand Cayman
Today we get to spend time relaxing and enjoying time on the beach. We are taken to a great beach where you have your own beach chair and can enjoy spending the time as you desire. Lunch and a beverage are included with your tour. You can rent snorkeling equipment for an additional fee. Tour Price: TBD, lunch included. Roatan Zipline(optional): Add a thrilling zipline adventure to your island tour. Zipline through the jungles from 13 different platforms. The zipline is located just a few minutes away from the beach. For those doing the zipline, you go to the zipline right before lunch. We then bring you back to the beach. The price is an additional $45 per person. You pay cash for this when you get to the zipline.

Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico
We enjoy the jungle setting of Chacchoben and its majestic ruins. This site existed during the late Book of Mormon times. Learn how the structures and rituals of the Maya relate to the Book of Mormon and LDS beliefs. After visiting the ruins, we travel to a little Maya village where we have the opportunity to see how the Maya lived. We enjoy an amazing, traditional Maya lunch and may even join in making the corn tortillas. The Maya experience at the village has become a favorite for many guests. Tour Price: $TBD per person, lunch included.
Day 6SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 27
Cozumel, Mexico
We take a ferry from Cozumel to the mainland and visit the ruins of Tulum.
The Tulum Mayan ruins offer an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea and transport you back to ancient times. Our LDS guide offers many insights as we walk around the ruins. We enjoy lunch on our tour and spend time learning about those who lived here

Ship Information: Star Princess
Star Princess made its debut in 2025. You will notice it is a much newer ship and has similar amenities to the Sun Princess. The ship has more than 1,500 crew ready to help you enjoy your time aboard. You have lots of dining options, many venues for live music and an amazing theater to catch great shows. You can also take advantage of the pools and hot tubs.

The Celebrity Summit is a Millennium-class ship built around a three-deck theater that seats around 900 for its nightly productions. Beyond the main restaurant, specialty dining includes the Tuscan Grill and Sushi on Five, with Café al Bacio for coffee and pastries and Cellar Masters and the Sky Lounge for the evening. The redesigned Spa carries a complimentary hydrotherapy pool and the healthy-leaning AquaSpa Café. The Revolution refit added the Rooftop Terrace up top, and the Sunset Bar looks out over the wake aft. It's a smaller, easy-to-learn ship, which makes it simple to gather our group and settle into good company.

Donald Parry
Donald is Professor of Hebrew Bible and the Dead Sea Scrolls. He taught for many years at the Jerusalem Center. He is married to Camille Mills, from Las Vegas, Nevada; they have six children. Donald is a member of the International Team of Translators of the Dead Sea Scrolls (He has worked translating the Dead Sea Scrolls of Isaiah, 1 & 2 Samuel, and others). Don has directed over 25 different tour groups with Bountiful Travel, taking groups into the Holy Lands and the lands of the Book of Mormon.
