Born in Nairobi, Kenya, educated in British convent schools, and converted to the LDS church in Frankfurt, Germany. Earned degrees in French, German, and European History while co-raising six children. Frequent speaker on podcasts and conferences addressing LDS and interfaith audiences. Independent scholar in religious studies with published articles and chapters in journals and scholarly collections. Co-author of The God Who Weeps, The Christ Who Heals, The Crucible of Doubt, and All Things New: Rethinking Sin, Salvation, and Everything in Between. Teacher in Midway, Utah ward.
