Explore Denmark, German, Estonia, Finland, Sweden and more. Many of our ports are the capital cities of these countries. Visit the Church of our Lady in Copenhagen, take a canal cruise in Hamburg, take a walking tour of Berlin, sample the food in Sweden. Sailing with John and our adventurous LDS group will create memories to last a lifetime!

Day 3 : Copenhagen, Denmark

July 21, 2026 (Tuesday)

Today we have the opportunity to explore the city of Copenhagen. We might experience Copenhagen by boat as we sail along the canals. We visit Christiansborg Palace which has 800 years of Danish history. We see many important and interesting parts of the Copenhagen some of which might include The Old and New Squares, The Parliament, The Royal Library Gardens, City Hall and Statue of Absalon. We might have the chance to see the famous Christus statue located in The Church of Our Lady. Tour description and price will be posted 6-8 months before the tour.

Day 4 : Kiel (Hamburg), Germany

July 22, 2026 (Wednesday)

Hamburg is a beautiful port city located on the Elbe River. Over 15,000 ships pass through Hamburg each year. Take a canal ride or just explore the city on foot. Tour description and price will be posted 6-8 months before the tour.

Day 5 : Warnemunde (Berlin), Germany

July 23, 2026 (Thursday)

Berlin, the capital city of Germany is know for being a hub of culture, politics, science and much more. Spend the day learning about its turbulent history or focusing on its diversity of architecture. Tour description and price will be posted 6-8 months before the tour.

Day 6 : Day at Sea

Day 7 : Tallinn, Estonia

July 25, 2026 (Saturday)

Tallinn is the Estonian capital. You can spend the day admiring the architecture, visiting museums and walking in the Old Town region. Tallinn's Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour description and price will be posted 6-8 months before the tour.

Day 8 : Helsinki, Finland

July 26, 2026 (Sunday)

Helsinki is located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. You may visit some of the Helsinki Cathedral, Upenski Cathedral or the Suomelinna sea fortress. Take a walking tour or find some local cuisine to sample. Tour description and price will be posted 6-8 months before the tour.

Day 9 : Nynashamn (Stockholm), Sweden

July 27, 2026 (Monday)

Stockholm is a city set on 14 islands and connected by 57 bridges. You might not have time to cross them all today, but you will certainly find adventure as you go. Stockholm's Old Town's narrowest street is a tiny 35 inches wide at its narrowest point. Tour description and price will be posted 6-8 months before the tour.

Day 12 : Amsterdam, The Netherlands

July 30, 2026 (Thursday)

Experience a small part of Amsterdam as we stroll along, but look out for the bicyclists. Pedestrians do not have the right of way here. Our guide shares the history of Amsterdam as we walk to our canal boat. We board the boat and enjoy a guided tour of the canals of Amsterdam. We learn all about the unique houseboats and other watercraft as well as the unique aspects of the architecture of the buildings found along the waterway. Following our boat ride we head out to the countryside. Here we see the classic traditional windmills. We visit the historic town of Edam and enjoy its adorable homes and fairy tale canals. We enjoy lunch at a farm where we learn about the making of the traditional Dutch wooden clogs and sample some delicious cheeses. All too soon we head back to our cruise ship. Lunch is included. If you did not sign up with Bountiful Travel for our 2-night post-cruise tour, disembark and make your own way to the airport.

Headliners

New
John was born and raised in Salt Lake City, and he served his mission in the Philippines. Following his mission he attended the University of Utah, and later graduated from BYU. John has taught the Book of Mormon at Brigham Young University, and the BYU Salt Lake Center since 1996. In 2003, he earned a Master’s Degree in Religious Education. He is the author of more than two dozen books and CDs many of which, he says, are effective non-prescription sleep-aids. He loves to golf, write, read, and play the banjo and guitar. John is a founding member of the local chapter of the Andy Griffith Show Re-run Watchers Club, and does a spot-on impersonation of Deputy Sheriff Barney Fife. John has served as a bishop, and is currently serving as a member of the Young Men’s General Advisory Council (formerly known as the General Board). John and Kim’s children have served missions in France, Iceland, Tahiti and West Virginia, and another son will soon be serving in Uruguay..
